Job Description & Summary

The PwC Poland SAP SuccessFactors team delivers comprehensive solutions that support organisations throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding, through HR and payroll administration, performance management and professional development, to offboarding and departure.
In addition, we provide post-implementation support and advisory services covering the maintenance, optimisation and further development of HR systems based on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
Our experience also includes the implementation of the global HXM Express solution, which brings together best practices and insights gained from more than 150 successful implementation projects delivered to date.

We are looking for:
SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Your future role:

- Delivering SAP HR and payroll consulting services, including the implementation of payroll solutions in SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll,

- Supporting clients in their transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll,

- Analysing client requirements and working directly with HR and payroll teams to design processes and solutions,

- Configuring, implementing and launching payroll solutions that support clients' business goals,

- Supporting integration, testing, training and go-live activities related to Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll,

- Using and further developing your knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll.

Apply if you have:

- At least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) or Employee Central Payroll

- Knowledge of or interest in HR processes and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM,

- Fluent Polish and English,

- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience with German payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central,

- Knowledge of ABAP,

- German language skills,

- Interest in new technology trends and IT solutions,

- Willingness to travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis,

- Willingness to implement new IT solutions.
