Senior Account Representative (Senior FX Dealer)

We’re hiring a Senior Account Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients by delivering outstanding service, insights, and value. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in FX, cross-border payments, banking, fintech, or account management, ready to apply their knowledge and expertise to make a tangible impact on client success and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers.

- Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value.

- Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management.
Help drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development team.

- Help guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years (approx) experience in FX, cross-border payments in an account management or sales position.

- Proven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships.

- Demonstrated success in selling complex hedging and payments solutions.

- Proactive in finding new relationships and opportunities.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin (conversational) is an advantage.

- You must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Hong Kong to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with FX derivatives.

- Understanding of credit management frameworks.

- Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements.
