Responsibilities
How will you make an impact in this role?

- Coordinate the planning and execution of C360 technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives, delivery commitments, and business priorities.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, impediments, and cross-functional dependencies, escalating issues and resource constraints as needed.

- Facilitate technical discussions with Engineering and Architecture teams to clarify system design, implementation approaches, and delivery decisions.

- Coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning with leadership, Product Management, and delivery teams to support alignment, capacity planning, and readiness.

- Support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, feature readiness, backlog prioritization, and execution across teams.

- Maintain implementation roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and dependency tracking in partnership with Product and Engineering.

- Facilitate Inspect & Adapt sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to promote continuous improvement.

- Prepare leadership updates on delivery progress, key risks, milestones, and decisions needed to maintain execution momentum.

- Maintain project and technical documentation, including specifications, delivery plans, and product functionality materials, in collaboration with technical teams.

- Coordinate change management and release readiness activities while supporting adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.

- Track Objectives and Key Results and Key Performance Indicators (OKRs/KPIs) to measure delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate and co-create with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Use AI agent-enabled project management and Agile delivery tools to support planning, dependency management, reporting, and execution.

- Review and validate AI-generated technical documentation, delivery metrics, and insights for accuracy, quality, and stakeholder relevance.

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through workflow automation, Agentic AI analytics, and streamlined Agile processes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- 6+ Years of Experience.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.

- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Lean methodologies and Agile Release Train delivery practices.

- Knowledge of technical challenges, system design, and the full product development life cycle, including Test Driven Development.

- Experience in technology project or program delivery, managing multiple initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management and collaboration tools.

- Experience preparing technical documentation, delivery plans, and stakeholder reporting.

- Knowledge of AI agent-enabled Agile delivery tools, Agentic AI analytics, and workflow optimization practices.

- Experience using AI-assisted project management, reporting, or collaboration tools, with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs.

- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

- Experience supporting Program Increment planning and Agile Release Train execution in a complex technology environment.

- Experience contributing to workflow automation, Agentic AI reporting, or operational efficiency improvement initiatives.

- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on customer-centric technology solutions.
