What you will do
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities for our İzmir manufacturing operation. You will ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services while supporting business objectives related to quality, delivery, and cost.
How you will do it
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and global suppliers.
- Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement processes.
- Manage new product implementation process
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Solid procurement experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Procurement experience in HVAC or automotive industries
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Previous experience in a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management practices.t practices.
