Your day at NTT DATA
As a Senior Collaboration Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will be at the center of designing managed service solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create competitive, innovative, and secure solutions across the collaboration technology domain. Your work will involve guiding a virtual team of experts to develop multi-year service solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design.

You will lead the creation and validation of service designs, working across multiple teams and partners to ensure supportability and mitigate risks. By mapping client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, you will be key in developing end-to-end solutions involving cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM leading practices. Your consulting approach will consolidate clients' needs, scope, and transition documents, making the roadmap for their digital transformation clear.

Your role will also support sales teams in presenting architecture solutions to clients, focusing on cost savings and uncovering growth opportunities. By sharing client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders, you will help evolve our strategies and develop innovative future solutions. You will provide coaching and mentoring, act as an advisor in service design situations, and ensure a smooth transition to service delivery teams.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration managed services and knowledge of managed services delivery models.

- Strong skills in working with costing models alongside sales and finance teams.

- Expertise in facilitating workshops and presentations to discover requirements and obtain client buy-in.

- Advanced experience in designing collaboration managed services for large enterprises and structuring multi-year contracts.

- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and managed services integration.

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for industry best practices.

- Ability to communicate the value of solutions to all stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
