Senior Design Engineer, Broadcast, XTG

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of complex enterprise broadcast and audiovisual systems, transforming customer requirements into innovative, practical technical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams, clients, vendors, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver comprehensive system designs that align with technical specifications and business objectives. You will play a key role in pre-sales engineering, proposal development, risk assessment, and project implementation support. As a technical leader, you will mentor junior and mid-level engineers while helping establish consistent design standards and best practices. The position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale broadcast and experiential technology projects in a collaborative, globally connected environment. This is a remote opportunity with domestic and international travel as project needs require.
