Join a dynamic creative team shaping engaging digital experiences for the global sports entertainment and online gaming industry. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality visual content across a wide range of marketing, promotional, and in-product channels. You will bring creative concepts to life through compelling campaign visuals, CRM communications, social media assets, digital experiences, and out-of-home advertising. Working within an established design system, you will also contribute to improving creative processes, templates, and visual standards across the team. You will collaborate closely with creative professionals, motion designers, and creative operations to deliver consistent, impactful work at a fast pace. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver engaging visual assets across multiple channels, including push notifications, email campaigns, in-app messaging, content cards, promotional cards, bottom sheets, product detail pages, paid social media, out-of-home advertising, and video.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, managing projects from initial ideation through final production and delivery.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet established specifications, brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of the existing Casino design system, improving components, templates, documentation, and usage guidelines to enhance team efficiency and creative consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and propose innovative solutions that strengthen the overall creative process.
- Collaborate with creative teams, motion designers, and creative operations specialists on shared projects and integrated campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver well-organized design files, ensuring accurate naming conventions, clear version control, structured layers, and accessible handoff documentation.
- Incorporate legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements into creative work from the initial design stages to ensure assets are ready for review and approval.
- Maintain a high standard of visual execution across all deliverables, balancing creative originality with brand consistency and commercial objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative standards and share ideas that help the wider team work more effectively.
- During the first 90 days, develop a strong understanding of the brand and design system, deliver live creative projects across multiple channels, and propose at least one meaningful improvement to existing design processes.
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional experience in a graphic design, digital design, or visual communication role within an agency or in-house creative studio.
- A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital design and campaign development, including conceptual creative work and high-volume production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout, with the ability to create effective designs across different formats and screen sizes.
- Experience producing visually compelling content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, CRM communications, social media, and promotional initiatives.
- Ability to maintain exceptional design quality while working at speed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, templates, and visual consistency across multiple communication channels.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prepare accurate, well-structured, and production-ready design files.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, take constructive direction, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts while maintaining creative standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside creative teams, motion designers, and other stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute ideas, improve workflows, and continuously develop creative skills.
