About the role

To be responsible for delivering customer service excellence, ensuring transaction accuracy, and maintaining regulatory compliance across all digital service pipelines, including the Customer Experience (CX) Portal. This role executes high-volume administrative and transactional operations (including GDRFA requests, visa processing, and documentation clearances) while maintaining a strict adherence to internal policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards. The Senior Executive acts as a primary interface for NIP clients, providing professional guidance, resolving service discrepancies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous workflow optimization.
