Ihre Aufgaben

- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalen und konzerninternen Vorgaben sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Abschlussprozesse

- Führung und Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern sowie Erstellung von Buchungsbelegen

- Unterstützung bei der Anlagen- und Vorratsinventur

- Kostenrechnung, incl. der Analyse von Abweichungen und Trends

- Erstellung von Finanz-, Steuer- und Managementreportings

- Mitwirkung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanungsprozessen

- Identifikation von Effizienz- und Kostensenkungspotenzialen

- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Accounting-Prozessen, internen Kontrollen und Systemen

- Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten, Audits und gesetzlichen Berichtspflichten

- Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden im Finanzbereich des Shared Service Center

Ihr Profil

fachlicher Art:

- Abgeschlossenes Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung sowie im Hauptbuch- und Abschlussprozess

- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
