We at Coforge are hiring Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (#17219-1-4) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

-
Provide technical leadership by reviewing requirements, refining user stories, defining development standards, and guiding architectural decisions across services and teams.

-
Develop and enhance full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, SQL databases, and related technologies while ensuring code quality and performance.

-
Improve microservices observability, system reliability, security, and vulnerability management through effective monitoring, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting practices.

-
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, coordinate technical initiatives across teams, and continuously improve CI/CD, testing practices, documentation, and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate, Liquibase, and Jakarta EE.

-
Experience developing microservices and working with GraphQL and RabbitMQ.

-
Strong frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SCSS.

-
Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.

-
Hands-on experience with testing and API tools such as JUnit, TestContainers, Mockito, MockServer, Jasmine, Postman, and SOAP UI.

-
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, EKS, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

-
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog, Grafana, Grafana Loki, and Prometheus.

-
Knowledge of security and middleware technologies, including Cognito and JBoss.

-
Experience providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, resolving technical challenges, and mentoring developers.

Strong understanding of Agile development, CI/CD, software architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and secure engineering practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development.

Familiarity with Custom Skills and AI Agents.

-
Experience improving development workflows and engineering standards across multiple teams.

Strong cross-team coordination, technical communication, and documentation skills.
