Eranovum is a Spanish company founded in 2019, dedicated to accelerating the transition towards a new energy era, in which renewable energy, self-consumption, and electromobility will be essential. As a vertically integrated charging point operator, the company offers comprehensive solutions to its property partners, including, at the same location, electric-vehicle charging infrastructure, self-consumption systems, and energy storage facilities. In this way, Eranovum covers the entire value chain, from the production of clean and competitively priced energy to its supply to businesses, industries, and electric vehicle users. The complementary nature of Eranovum’s various areas of activity ensures a 100 percent renewable energy supply for drivers who choose electromobility. For more information, visit eranovum.energy

- Manage NDAs and day-to-day contracting for the whole group, building templates and processes that help the business move fast.
- Report regularly to management on legal matters, key risks, open claims and the status of strategic contracts and transactions.
- Support the relationship with investors and shareholders, preparing legal documentation and information for shareholder meetings, investor reporting and due diligence requests.
- Support financing and M&A processes, including due diligence, working alongside external advisors.

- Experience reporting to management or working with investors and shareholders is a plus.
- Law degree; a Master’s in energy, commercial or international law is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and excellent written and spoken English; French is highly valued.
- Proactive, business-minded and comfortable working autonomously in a scale-up environment. .
