Lead strategic client relationships, drive retention, and act as the primary point of contact while shaping long-term business and media strategies.
Job Description:
- Strategic Client Relationship & Retention: Serve as the strategic business lead and the primary POC for your brands; lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and annual strategy roadmaps.
- Media Planning & Integrated Strategy: Conceptualize and deploy full-funnel digital campaigns across performance (lead gen, conversions, ROI) and brand building using planning and research tools (e.g., GWI, CCS, Similarweb, TAM).
- Revenue Growth, Upselling & Pitching: Expand account revenue through organic upselling, cross-selling media/creative services, and collaborating on high-stakes new business pitches.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate with internal media, performance, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure on-time delivery of SOWs, campaign milestones, and media SLAs.
- Account Commercials & Governance: Oversee financial health, contract renewals, scope definitions (SOWs), invoicing, and fee negotiations.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise account managers and planners, refine reporting standards, and foster talent development
