Position Overview
We are seeking an AR Associate / Senior Associate to support the UK / Singapore / ANZ region . This role is responsible for the fundamental pillars of the Order-to-Cash cycle, including Billing, Cash Applications, and Customer Master Data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing : Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in accordance with regional requirements.
- Cash Applications : Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve unapplied cash entries.
- Master Data Management : Maintain and update the Customer Master Data to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity.
- Dispute Support : Assist in identifying and documenting billing discrepancies or payment shortfalls.
- Transition Support : Support the transition of AR processes from onshore/third-party entities to the GCC.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education : Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
- Experience : 2 to 6 years of experience in Finance Operations.
- Skills : Strong attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation.
Proficiency in ERP systems and web-based workflow applications
