We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support the Company’s global financial risk management and corporate finance activities, with primary responsibility for developing and executing foreign exchange hedging programs. The role requires deep finance and accounting knowledge to identify and quantify financial exposures, evaluate hedging strategies, execute hedging and spot transactions, assess hedge accounting implications, and support insurance, corporate finance, capital markets, and other treasury projects. This role reports to the Treasury Director, Corporate Finance and Global Credit.
How You Will Contribute:
- Manage financial risk: Identify, quantify, monitor, and report financial risks, with an emphasis on balance-sheet and cash-flow foreign exchange exposures across global operations.
- Develop and execute FX hedging programs: Develop hedging strategies and execute foreign exchange forward, spot, and other approved transactions with global banks through electronic platforms and the treasury management system.
- Prepare risk and hedge reporting: Report foreign exchange mark-to-market and counterparty-risk exposures, prepare hedge documentation, and analyze hedge effectiveness.
- Provide corporate finance analysis: Provide project-based financial analysis supporting capital structure and corporate financing decisions.
- Assist with capital markets transactions: Support debt financing and other capital markets activities through financial analysis, transaction execution support, coordination with banks and internal stakeholders, preparation of materials, and completion of related documentation.
- Support global insurance activities: Assist with global insurance placements, quantify insurance-risk exposures, process applications and claims, and support relationships with insurance brokers.
- Coordinate treasury operations: Coordinate with other treasury operational areas, including cash management and cash investments.
- Support compliance and controls: Assist with applicable global banking regulatory compliance, internal SOX processes, and treasury policy compliance.
The Must Haves:
- 4 or more years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management, banking, capital markets, financial accounting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, including financial statements, cash flows, foreign currency transactions, and the financial-statement impact of treasury activities.
- Strong technical knowledge of foreign exchange markets, derivative instruments, exposure measurement, hedging strategies, mark-to-market valuation, and hedge effectiveness.
- Experience with preparing or supporting hedge accounting documentation and related accounting analysis.
- Advanced analytical and financial-modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate conclusions clearly; Microsoft Excel Macro or Microsoft Copilot skills are a plus.
- Experience with treasury management systems, electronic trading platforms, ERP systems, or market-data tools; Bloomberg skills are a plus.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, CPA, or MBA—or demonstrated progress toward one of these professional qualifications— are a plus.
Assets:
The successful candidate will combine deep finance and accounting expertise with strong technical treasury capabilities. The individual should be intellectually curious, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, with the judgment to evaluate complex exposures and transactions independently. The role requires disciplined execution in a control- and compliance-focused environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Programming or data-automation skills and experience with Oracle, Bloomberg, Kyriba, or another treasury management system are a plus.
