Overview
We are seeking friendly, motivated, and professional Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our Club, providing exceptional service while creating a warm and engaging dining experience for our members and their guests. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering high-quality service, we would love to meet you.

Duties

- Prepare dining areas and tables, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met.

- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve food and beverages according to Club standards.

- Answer menu questions and make food and beverage recommendations.

- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure seamless service.

- Address member concerns promptly and professionally.

- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and Club events.

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Experience

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience

- Strong commitment to customer service and member satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
