What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for commercial food equipment. Responsibilities include:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration equipment issues

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

- Install and service commercial cooking, warewash, refrigeration, and food preparation equipment

- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers

- Maintain parts inventory, tools, and company vehicle

- Support our safety culture by following safety procedures, identifying hazards, and promoting safe work practices

Qualifications
We hire all technicians at Levels I-IV and align each candidate to the appropriate level based on their experience, skills, technical knowledge, and certifications.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment/parts; bend, kneel, stoop, and climb; work safely in a variety of commercial kitchen environments

- This position requires on-call coverage, including nights and weekends, as needed to support customer service needs

Preferred Qualifications

- Commercial food equipment experience

- Microsoft Office knowledge – Outlook, Word, and Excel

- EPA, Refrigeration, and/or CFESA certifications

Compensation
Pay Range: $21.00 - $39.51 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, certifications, skills, and qualifications.
