- Garantiza un alto nivel de servicio técnico al cliente mediante el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos ECOBOT y sistemas de cuidado de pisos.
- Garantizar las rutinas de visitas programadas de mantenimiento, capacitación a usuarios finales e internos de la Cia, control de gestión y reportes de servicio.
- Reuniones con clientes usuarios de esta tecnología
- Dar soporte a la gestión comercial del equipo BSC y de otros sectores de la Cia., y mantener contacto permanente con equipos globales de soporte.
Experiencia requerida: 2 años mínimo
