- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, consultants, and other delivery team members, including distributed and remote resources.

- Review solution designs and technical implementations to identify architectural risks, performance considerations, security concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

- Design and provide guidance for integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, and other integration technologies.

- Collaborate with client enterprise architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to ensure ServiceNow solutions integrate effectively within the broader technology environment.

- Support technical discovery, solutioning, estimates, proposals, statements of work, demonstrations, and other business development activities.

- Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases, products, and recommended practices and help strengthen the firm's overall ServiceNow technical capabilities.

- Demonstrate strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to connect ServiceNow platform capabilities to broader organizational challenges and measurable business outcomes.

- Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, or related technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and balance business requirements, platform capabilities, scalability, security, maintainability, and technical debt.

- Experience leading technical workshops, architecture discussions, design reviews, and solutioning sessions with client stakeholders and technical teams.
