Shift Supervisor- Subway

Job Description:
Onvo's Subway is looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations and support the success of our team. In this role, you'll assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager with training team members, maintaining food safety and brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest service.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.

- Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.

- Assist with training, coaching, and developing employees.

- Monitor food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

- Help manage inventory, product rotation, and stock levels.

- Support cash handling procedures and shift reconciliation.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready restaurant.

- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operational tasks.

- Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards and company policies.

- Help drive sales and create a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic cash handling and computer skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
