- Coordinate risk management activities by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigative measures proactively.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations control or management within the engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex operational challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear coordination across levels and departments.
