Singapore Commercial Executive Quotations & Orders Processing (Marine)

Responsibilities:

- To perform commercial duties (costing and sales) for maintenance works involving clients’ vessels and assets

- Prepare accurate, realistic and timely quotations & costing for enquires/jobs requests from clients

- To liaise with SRM/Production for the jobs awarded
To source for sub-contractors and specialist jobs and labour intensive works

- To liaise job quotation between owner’s rep and yard Production
Prepare monthly contract-out jobs status on maintenance order

- To register new subcontractor into the system and update the status when necessary.

- To generate subcontractor’s work order upon PO confirmation from clients.

- To generate invoice to client for payment.

Requirements:

- NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field

- Meticulous in planning and data admin

- Experience in using SAP Production Planning is advantageous

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and email correspondence

- Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients

- Able to work independently and find out information from various parties

- Willing to work in Changi

- Only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role
