The Role

As part of our regional expansion in our Veeva QualityOne business, Veeva is currently looking for a Solution Consultant who has a passion for helping our customers in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverage, and related consumer industries achieve their business vision for excellence in Quality Management.

As a key member of the Solution Consulting team, you will be responsible for working with our Account Partners to understand customers’ business challenges & needs, driving technical win strategies, and providing deep solution expertise including value-based product demonstrations of the Veeva Quality application suite.

Your contribution will be critical in driving technical sales execution to support the Veeva QualityOne Asia team as we scale our market presence across India and the region.

What You’ll Do

- Identify customers' challenges and objectives and demonstrate solutions that address these requirements and bring business value to the organisation

- Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers

- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product- and technology-related inquiries

- Assist the sales support team to prepare compelling, professional content for RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses for prospective clients

- Partner with Professional Services to help define project scopes, best practices, and high-level project proposals for prospects

- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events, including public speaking and presentations

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience working for a SaaS Enterprise Software company in a customer-facing pre-sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales Engineering role (or related professional services consulting background)

- Strong understanding of or direct exposure to Quality Management functions at Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Food & Beverage, or related process manufacturing industries

- Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multi-faceted technical engagements across complex customer accounts

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success delivering compelling technical presentations and solution demos to both technical and executive audiences

- Self-reliant with a strong ability to drive initiatives, operate autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment, and collaborate effectively with remote multi-disciplinary teams

- Full professional fluency in English with the right to work in India

Nice to Have

- Direct hands-on product experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, ETQ Reliance, Sparta TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum D2, FirstDoc FirstPoint, NextDocs, UL ComplianceWire, SAP QM and other quality information management or content management systems

- Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations and processes for Quality process and content management, Consumer Products/FMCG/Food & Beverage/Chemical and/or computer systems validation

- Experience working with large, multi-national customers in India and across Asia/Pacific

- Customer-facing consulting or project experience
