• Prepare monthly financial narrative and variance explanations for leadership reviews.
Billing, Cash, & Compliance Oversight
• Coordinate with Billing and Cash Operations to ensure the accuracy of billing structure, classification, and project/task mapping.
• Monitor billed versus collected amounts, A/R aging, DSO, and cash‑flow risks; help resolve short‑pays, disputes, and rebill requirements.
• Ensure complete financial documentation, including contract briefs, reconciliations, billing support, EAC documentation, and audit trails, in compliance with internal policies and customer audit requirements.
• Monitor proper charging of labor and ODCs to ensure compliance with project/task structure, expenditure type rules, and transaction controls.
Recurring Deliverables

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, deliverable‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with health programs, or large-scale services contracts.
• Previous experience with EAC development, forecasting, WIP analysis, and government contract billing.
