What You'll Do
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces throughout the facility
- Clean walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, and ventilation hoods
- Operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and other specialized tools
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and transport them to disposal locations
- Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Support a culture of superior guest service through behind-the-scenes excellence
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the operation
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in a physically active role that includes standing, lifting, scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous cleaning, stewarding, warehouse, or food service experience is helpful, but not required
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude
