Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for an STMS to join our Traffic team in Gisborne. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead temporary traffic management across a range of worksites, helping keep our people, customers and road users safe while delivering Good Work every day. You’ll be part of a team that’s flat, friendly and forward moving, where titles matter less than ideas and impact. If you’re someone who backs safe, quality delivery and likes being out where the work happens, this could be your next move.

- Oversee the safe set-up, maintenance, adjustment and pack-down of TTM sites, including signs, cones, barriers and other traffic control devices.
- Participate in tailgates, pre-starts and planning meetings to support safe, effective traffic management on site.
- Monitor site conditions and respond quickly to hazards, incidents, weather changes and anything that could affect safety or traffic flow.
- Communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
