- Supervise and support the daily activities of the billing team
- Ensure invoices are prepared, checked and submitted accurately and on time
- Monitor billing transactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Review billing records and ensure data accuracy
- Attend meeting with clients, handle and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Prepare billing reports and provide updates to management
- Train, guide and monitor team members' performance
- Ensure the team follows company policies and billing procedures
- Assist the Billing Manager with process improvements and other assigned tasks
