What will you be doing here?

Profissional para supervisionar equipe no processo de recebimento e expedição, conferência, movimentação e armazenagem.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

- Planejar, direcionar e acompanhar a execução das rotinas operacionais no Centro de Distribuição, garantindo fluidez e pontualidade no abastecimento e expedição.

- Liderar e desenvolver equipes de 2º e 3º turnos (compostas por auxiliares de movimentação, operadores de empilhadeira e conferentes), atuando como referência técnica e comportamental.

- Acompanhar e consolidar os indicadores de performance do programa de avaliação de desempenho, identificando desvios e oportunidades de evolução.

- Conduzir conversas e feedbacks estruturados e contínuos para o desenvolvimento individual e fortalecimento do engajamento do time.

- Fomentar a cultura de excelência e confiabilidade, sustentando os pilares de TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) junto à operação.

- Mapear oportunidades de otimização nos processos internos, propondo soluções que tragam agilidade, segurança e eficiência ao fluxo logístico.

- Realizar a gestão ativa da jornada de trabalho da equipe (ponto, escalas, absenteísmo e conformidade trabalhista).

Requisitos

- Formação superior completa em Logística, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

- Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes operacionais em Centros de Distribuição ou logística de alto volume.

- Conhecimento prático nas metodologias de melhoria contínua (TPM, Lean Logistics ou Kaizen).

- Habilidade com acompanhamento de KPIs operacionais (produtividade, OTIF, acuracidade de estoque, perdas).

- Vivência com gestão de ponto e escalas de turnos noturnos/rotativos.

- Disponibilidade total para atuar presencialmente em regime de 2º ou 3º turno.

Diferenciais

- Experiência anterior no segmento de cosméticos, bens de consumo (FMCG) ou varejo de giro rápido.

- Domínio de sistemas WMS e ERP (SAP).

- Certificação em Lean Six Sigma (Yellow ou Green Belt).
