Furthermore, you would work alongside our engineering team in the development of new products such as PCBA, harness, electronic components, and test rack systems.
What you'll do:

- Own resolution of production rework issues while safeguarding design integrity, product quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver continuous improvement projects that improve rework yield, performance, and time.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate and 5+ years of professional experience with SMT and/or PCBA rework equipment and processes.

Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience owning SMT rework equipment operation and process control in a high-volume production setting.
- Proven experience implementing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) specifically for complex SMT assemblies.
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations for rework process readiness, design reviews, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
