AI Fluency:
Norm prefers all team members to be fluent in AI. Successful candidates actively use AI in their day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving. They use it to improve the quality and speed of their work and to continuously refine how work gets done end-to-end.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their AI usage throughout the interview process, including concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity.

This Role

We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will be instrumental in helping Norm Ai scale. In this role, you will hire top-tier talent across the Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams. You will operate as a true partner to hiring managers, from defining roles to closing candidates.

- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

- Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment.

- Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels.

- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience.

- Maintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends.

- Represent Norm Ai, helping to define and build our employer brand and candidate pitch.

- Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.

What We're Looking For

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

- Proven track record of attracting top talent.

- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience hiring in AI, ML, or LegalTech spaces.

- Experience at an early-stage venture-backed company.

- Familiarity with Ashby.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 per year

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
