At Coforge, we are hiring Tech Lead Python (#21103-6-1) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide technical leadership to globally distributed Python development teams, ensuring quality standards and best practices.

Coordinate team activities and report progress to client stakeholders.
-
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.
-
Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
-
Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
-
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
-
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
-
Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination.
-
Strong English communication skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Proficiency in Python 3.x development.
-
Experience in API and integration development, including RESTful services and JSON payloads.
-
Exposure to SOAP/XML-based web services.
-
Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
-
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
-
Good knowledge of Linux environments.
-
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Familiarity with AI coding assistant tools to improve development productivity.
Preferred Skills
-
Telecom domain experience, particularly in OSS/BSS systems.
-
Exposure to TM Forum APIs.
-
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
-
Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
-
Familiarity with Order Management Systems, Network Provisioning, and Orchestration.

Experience with CRM integrations.
