Successful candidates will be highly motivated, quick to learn a new task, and self-driven. They will also have a strong desire to learn new technologies to achieve project and company goals. DataMAX is a performance-oriented company; salary and bonuses are commensurate with your ability to help us achieve those goals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone, email, and web-based support for existing RFgen customers.

- Create unit tests to reduce problems reported by customers.

- Interface with end-users to diagnose and resolve production software problems.

- Support and maintain the existing RFgen wireless, mobile, and voice applications.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- C++ / VBA / .NET / SQL database experience a plus.

- Configuring mobile devices such as Android or iOS  experience a plus.

- Strong time management with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Extensive technical experience and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
