📍 Location: Colchester, Middletown S&S & Cromwell S&S
📅 Schedule: Full-time | Based on branch operating hours, including some Saturdays as needed.
🚗 Travel: Ability to travel between assigned branch locations within the market.

What You'll Do

- Travel between branch locations to provide teller support as needed.

- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.

- Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions.

- Maintain cash handling and balancing standards.

- Adapt quickly to different branch environments and team dynamics.

- Support branch goals while adhering to all compliance and risk management requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- Customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, or other customer-facing experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous banking or financial services experience.

- Cash handling experience.

- Experience meeting customer service or sales goals.

- Bilingual language skills.
