The Transportation Manager is responsible for day to day Transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
- Customer communications
- email and telephone communication
- Monitoring Hours of Service
- Monitoring inbound paperwork
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL-A license is required
- Experience with TMW preferred but not required
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Capacity to work from home when needed
The expected starting pay range for this position is $51,152.40 - $68,203.20 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
