The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication.

Full time position available, Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00p (need flexibility to work 8 to 4:30 as well) for office coverage.
Would be traveling to different offices ( Batavia, Strong West, and Greece)  to assist in clinical care.  However would be given a daily assignment to be in one office for the day. One year LPN experience required. Would like experience with catheter care and ambulatory/office settings.
