USED CAR MANAGER

You will be responsible for driving used vehicle sales growth and managing employees to ensure that we achieve operational success.

JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for the appraisal of used vehicles, as well as forecasting store sales goals.
- Maintain and source used vehicle inventory for the dealership.
- Accurately, desk and submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, working closely with team members to set and meet goals.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used vehicle sales.
- Attend sales and manager meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years used car management experience preferred
- Minimum of three years used car experience required
- Proven track record of acquiring used vehicles outside of normal trade ins
- Knowledge of dealership procedures
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen.
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
