Validation Engineer

Validation Engineer is responsible for supporting validation activities for eLSD products, including prototype build coordination, test execution, data analysis, technical reporting, and validation planning. This role supports product verification activities and collaborates with engineering teams to ensure successful development and launch of customer programs.

1) Validation Planning and Test Execution
- Support validation activities for eLSD products throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Coordinate prototype build activities and test preparation activities.

- Execute validation tests and ensure compliance with performance, durability, and customer requirements.

- Support operation and utilization of validation equipment and testing resources.

2) Test Analysis and Technical Documentation
- Analyze test results and identify issues affecting product performance and reliability.

- Prepare technical reports, validation summaries, and supporting documentation.

- Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.

- Maintain validation records in accordance with engineering standards and development processes.

3) Engineering Support and Coordination
- Collaborate with Design, Systems, Calibration, and Mechanical Engineering teams to support validation objectives.

- Support technical discussions and issue resolution activities related to validation findings.

- Communicate test status, results, and development updates to project stakeholders.

- Support achievement of program milestones and product launch targets.
