Union Position:   This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires   complete open availability . We cannot accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.   You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Create high-quality baked goods: Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts following designated recipes and quality standards

- Present food items with care: Arrange and display baked goods according to specifications, ensuring an appealing presentation

- Manage pastry inventory: Ensure proper storage, refrigeration, and organization of all pastry products while preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols

- Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
