$3000 Sign On Bonus! $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at the 1-year mark

Hours are Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some OT required.

Pay for this position is starting at $28.60/hour and will include a $2.50/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do

- Join and Fabricate: Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.

- Prepare and Set Up: Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools

- Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.

- Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.

- Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

- Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
