GENUINE Beauty is a dynamic, fast-growing social commerce agency based in Cologne. We help international brands succeed on TikTok Shop and grow sustainably through innovative marketing strategies, creator partnerships and data-driven shop management.
We love creative ideas, fast decisions and people who want to make things happen.
To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to help us shape the future of social commerce. Also remote.
Your responsibilities
- TikTok Shop Management: Support our team with the day-to-day running and optimization of TikTok Shops.
- Creator Management: Help research, identify and reach out to the right content creators and influencers.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution and analysis of TikTok campaigns.
- Content & Trends: Keep an eye on current TikTok trends, analyze successful videos and bring in your own creative ideas.
- Performance & Reporting: Help analyze key KPIs and put together performance reports.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with our Growth, Creator and Shop Management teams and support a range of operational projects.
- Process Optimization: Bring your own ideas for making our internal workflows more efficient and smarter.
Your profile
- Your profile
- You’re currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business administration, marketing, media, communications or a related field.
- You’re interested in social media, e-commerce, influencer marketing and digital trends.
- TikTok is more than just an app to you: you understand which content works and why.
- You work independently, in a structured way, and reliably.
- You’re communicative and creative, and you’re keen to take on responsibility.
- You have very good English skills. Additional European language is a plus.
- Initial experience in marketing, e-commerce or social media is a plus, but not a mYour motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn matter much more to us than your CV so far.
