Responsibilities:

- Optimization and digital transformation of business processes through the implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions

- Development, analysis, and visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making

- Active participation in projects and identification of innovative process improvement opportunities

- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives

- Support in the design, implementation, and enhancement of digital workflows and reporting solutions

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate

- Innovative and cross-functional mindset with a structured and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving

- Ability to think analytically and identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation

- High level of flexibility and a self-driven, independent working style

- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills across different functions

- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives
