No. Every open role is free to search and browse. You only sign in, with Google or your email, when you want RoleFinder to match roles to your CV.

Mostly straight from company career boards such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, plus public job boards and job agencies. Most listings link to the employer's own application page; the ones from a job board say so and open there.

Over 25,000 company career boards are checked around the clock; the All jobs page shows how many were checked in the last six hours. A role closes at the first check that no longer finds it on its board (within four days on boards too large to read in full), and roles posted more than 14 days ago drop out of search.

Upload a PDF or Word CV. RoleFinder reads your roles, skills, seniority and location, turns them into filters, and scores new roles against your profile with a one-line reason for each match.

RoleFinder reads it once to build your profile, then discards it: the CV itself is never stored, only the roles and skills read from it. Employers never see it. You can delete your profile, or your whole account, from Settings at any time; the privacy page has the details.
