Account Sales Representative

Overview
Business owners are busy, and most of them are paying more than they should to take payments. As an Account Sales Representative, you'll be the person who shows them a better way: a quick conversation about their current setup, a clear recommendation, and a smooth switch that saves them money.
This is a sales role with structure. You'll get full training before your first conversation, a step-by-step process to follow, and a team that answers when you call. It is a full-time position, and your pay is tied to performance, with bonuses for strong months, so every account you bring on adds up.
What You'll Do

- Connect with business owners and start the conversation

- Find out how their business takes payments and what it costs them

- Recommend a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits

- Walk them through the switch and close the account

- Follow up after setup so each client is happy and running

- Track activity and next steps in the CRM

What We're Looking For

- Outgoing, persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale

- Reliable and self-motivated day to day

- Coachable, with a willingness to learn a new process

- Sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
