Assistant Manager, Agency MDRT

The role willexecute recognition programs, motivational activities and incentive campaigns to different agent segments, conduct data analysis to track performance metrics and strategy planning in order to achieve company target in number of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) members.

Job Responsibilities

- To execute motivational, recognition and incentive programs and events to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity

- Organize training programs and events to target agent segments to develop potential and existing MDRT members

- Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity

- Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights

- Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration

- Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any discipline

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency management, agency reward / incentives, agency events or other agency channel function

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Copilot

- Strong knowledge of event management and execution

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and segmentation techniques

- Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks is an advantage

- Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese

- Mandarin speaking is an advantage

- Excellent communication skill

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

- Knowledge in insurance industry and agency structure

- Candidates with less experience will be considering as Senior Officer
