Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí:
To ensure the quality outcome of Operations division’s quality assurance, following established procedures and quality standards
Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc:
1.     Strategic Quality Assurance for Operations:
a.            Support the Quality Assurance team in managing activities as per the Operating Manual
b.            Assist in ensuring business decisions comply with established processes and regulatory standards
c.            Support in maintaining process compliance with internal and external quality benchmarks.
d.            Contribute to setting in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications to align with industry best practices.
2.     Risk Management:
a.            Aid in identifying potential risks and contribute to the development of preventive strategies.
b.            Utilize data analysis to ensure report integrity and accuracy.
c.            Engage in training initiatives, educating staff on quality standards and practices.
d.            Apply data analysis techniques to review quality reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
e.            Work with business owners to help establish and maintain quality systems and guidelines
3.     Process Improvement:
a.            Participate in the review and refinement of quality assurance processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance
b.            Document findings and assist in preparing monthly reports for the Operations Governance team.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager or Company’s management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the company’s evolving needs.

- Assist in overseeing the execution of quality assurance activities and adherence to established processes.

- Help ensure that operational decisions and activities are compliant with relevant procedures, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Performance measures/ Kết Quả Công Việc

- Contribute to audit activities within the Operations division, ensuring adherence to regulations and procedures, and achieving satisfactory outcomes.

- Ensure that monthly Quality Assurance (QA) tasks are completed efficiently and within the set deadlines.
Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
·        Qualification: University Graduate in the field of Medical, Pharmaceutical
·        Experiences: At least 2-3 years experience in the insurance industry with medical-related experience
