Job Description:
Job summary with key responsibilities
- Understanding the existing and new financial plans, accounting process and operations, key KRA’s, and governance requirements relating to Business as usual and Project related initiatives.
- Partner and assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts using financial planning tools and applications.
- Understanding and applying the approved cost structures, support in preparing the cost structures for new initiatives.
- Assist in business case preparation.
- Understanding the funding approaches and accounting practices to be adopted.
- Review and support Technology team during vendor negotiations from finance perspective, highlighting risks and suggesting appropriate approach.
- Management of accounting operations: PO release, invoice approval, Interco transactions, cross-market billing, Transfer pricing impact etc.
- Support month end closing activities.
- Review, report and track monthly costs.
- Providing variance analysis commentary on monthly basis and suggest actions to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with market, regional and global finance and Technology teams in the organization.
- Challenging status co to strive for high performance.
- Any other tasks as entrusted.
Skills
- Experience – 13+ years of experience || Qualification – CMA / MBA / CA preferred
- Strong financial / business analysis and accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and finance applications.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
