【部署の説明】
営業拠点検査・代理店臨店検査・代理店自己点検などの営業活動に対する各種モニタリング、募集事故等のコンプライアンス系インシデントの調査対応(財務局への事故報告対応を含む）、募集資料や研修資料の適切性の審査などの業務を担当しています。
【職務内容】
保険募集に係る不適切行為等の事実確認調査・法令等違反の該当有無の事実関係整理

・代理店制度を通じた生保ビジネスや代理店業務運営についての知識を深めることができます。
・社員、募集人、お客さまに加え、財務局などの外部機関との対話により、コミュニケーション力の向上が可能です。
【登録資格（経験/資格など）】
・生保営業経験（直接・間接問わず）
【業界経験】
生命保険：必須
金融業界：必須
その他想定業界など：代理店営業に関する知識があると尚可
【Must】
・協調性、順応性がある方(代理店、営業拠店、社内関係部署と適切にコミュニケーションをとり、業務を推進できる）
【Want】
・生命保険における5年以上の経験（営業もしくは募集管理業務）
【その他】
業務遂行に対する積極性、常に新しいことに挑戦する姿勢と日頃の業務効率や実効性確保に向けた改善意識を持っていること。
勤務地は、本社にて一定期間の研修後は、拠点がある地域での勤務も可とします。
