Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Eastern Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties, Ohio

What You’ll Do
- Assess patient needs, manage an assigned caseload, and develop and update care plans.
- Provide nursing care and educate patients and caregivers about treatment and symptom management.
- Coordinate with providers and the clinical team, reporting changes in condition and safety concerns.
- Supervise LPN and behavioral health aide services as required and maintain timely documentation.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license .
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience .
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting patients and moving equipment.
