Business Excellence O2C Lead/Specialist

Responsibilities:

- analyze and redesign O2C processes in line with market best practices;

- benchmark process solutions externally (e.g. SSC peers, ABSL, market standards), building awareness of relevant market tools and recommending the most suitable KPIs to measure process effectively;

- deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs;

- communicate progress, results, and value clearly to management and senior stakeholders;

- serve as a point of contact and trusted partner for Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders;

- lead change execution; project management (scope, planning, delivery, and benefits tracking);

- scope standardization and harmonization (alignment to Target Model);

- identify, assess, and prioritize automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents).

Requirements:

- min. 3 years of experience in relevant process area within international, SSC or GBS environments;

- professional English proficiency at B2+ level;

- strong E2E understanding of O2C processes and supporting systems;

- proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;

- proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;

- hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);

- ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change;

- ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work;

- ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way;

- project management education or certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) as well as SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be considered an advantage.
