We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Café Culinary Assistant to join our team at Rutland Water Park . If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whether it’s preparing or serving up delicious snacks, freshly brewed coffee, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting, you’ll be the friendly face that helps make their day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- The preparation of food and ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience
- Friendly and enthusiastic individuals who love working with people.
- Passionate for delivering excellent customer service.
- Team players who can thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring a welcoming space for all visitors.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts
- Leading a small team to delight our visitors
What does it take?
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role
- Great teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
