Expression of Interest – Civil Construction Leadership Opportunities for 2027.
We’re building our pipeline for potential leadership opportunities across Fulton Hogan in 2027. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to bring people together, keep standards high, and get good work done safely, we’d like to hear from you.
These opportunities may suit people with experience as a Leading Hand, Foreperson or Supervisor who are ready to lead from the front. While these are leadership roles, they will also require you to be hands on with field teams from time to time. We’re after people who are just as comfortable backing their team, coordinating the work, and stepping in on site when needed.
At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is about high expectations, low ego, and people who are up for the challenge. We take the work seriously, not ourselves.

Ko wai mātou | About us
At Fulton Hogan, we’re here to do Good Work that matters. We’re flat, friendly, and forward moving. Titles matter less than ideas, and the best leaders here are the ones who bring people with them, stay close to the work, and lead with honesty.
We strike the balance between relaxed and razor sharp. Day to day, we keep things human. When it counts, we switch on and deliver. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, back your team, and make a real impact without the stiff corporate vibe, you’ll fit right in.
